Little did I know that those bones were helping the meat retain its moisture and infuse the meat with more flavor! Good thing I grew up because chicken or turkey cooked with the bone still inside is so yummy! We love to eat chicken because it is super yummy and very versatile! It goes great with Mexican food, cajun dishes, Indian cuisine, and traditional American BBQ! But one of my favorite ways to have it, is oven-roasted, falling off the bone! ![]() That’s why I love instapot to begin with! lol but *THIS BBQ BONE-in CHICKEN recipe is my boyfriend’s favorite! I’m making it tonight with a twist I used some teriyaki & bbq since I was low on bbq and all the stores are closed, lol but I’m excited to try it! Going to make some sticky white rice for my side & some cheesy broccoli. This is the best chicken breast you will ever have! This Bone-in Chicken Brest Recipe has crispy skin yet is tender and juicy on the inside! And cooking with the bone-in enhances the flavor!
